GOVERNOR PRENCE

A collaboration between the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH), Housing Assistance (HAC), and Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod (HHCC). The project includes two apartment-style buildings with a total of 61 income-restricted units (30-80% AMI), 2 townhouse-style buildings with 5 ownership units in each (10 units total – 8 two-bedrooms and 2 three-bedrooms), restricted to income levels at or below 200% AMI. Schematic elevation studies to permit drawings are currently under approval by the AHJ.
